The latest Funko NFT DC collection is here, and it features iconic characters such as Batman, Superman, Green Lantern, and more! The DC Digital Pop!™ series consists of NFTs that reflect the iconic Funko style. The NFTs come in packs starting at $9.99 and are available on Tuesday, 6th September, via the Droppp.io platform with a Droppp account and credit card.
The latest series in the ever-growing Funko NFT ecosystem provides fans a chance to own exclusive DC Comics NFTs in the form of digital collectibles. Funko and Warner Bros consumer products have teamed up to bring these characters to life in the web3 world.
This is the second DC Digital Pop! series and will focus on some of the most loved superheroes and super-villans in the DC universe. Some of the NFTs you have a chance to own include Batman, Superman, Green Lantern, and others!
It is the largest Funko NFT drop so far and offers a chance to own more than just a piece of DC memorabilia. The Funko ecosystem is just beginning and in the future, some of these NFTs could be valubale in the same way that rare physical Funko bobbleheads are.
There are two different packs available in the new Funko DC Digital Pop! NFT series. Firstly, the Standard Pack, which contains 5 Digital Pop! NFTs costs $9.99. Secondly, the Premium Pack, which includes 15 Digital Pop! NFTs costs $29.99.
There are 50,000 packs of both the Standard Pack and the Premium Pack. This means there is a staggering 1 Million NFTs total!
Another exciting element to the Funko DC NFT series drop is the chance to own a free, limited edition, physical vinyl collectible. In fact, each pack provides fans with an opportunity to reveal a rare NFT, which can be redeemed for one of six characters.
Redeemable collectibles include Parallax Hal Jordan, Batman (Justice Armor), Superman (Earth-23), Connor Hawke, Batman Azrael, and Freddy Funko as The Riddler.
Funko is a hugely popular global pop-culture brand! The company is best known for its licensed vinyl figurines and bobbleheads portraying characters from pop culture. In addition, the company also produces licensed plush, action figures, apparel, accessories, and even games.
Last year Funko entered the NFT space. Since then, it has been releasing collections regularly including the upcoming Funko DC NFT collection. Some of the most notable drops include a Star Trek collection, Avatar Legends NFTs, Power Rangers, and Nickelodeon NFTs.
Significantly, Funko has had huge success working with Warner Brothers. So far, they have launched Hanna Barbera, My Little Pony, Kellogs, Transformers, and DC Comics NFTs.
