SoftConstruct officially announces the opening of two physical NFT art Stores in Dubai, offering exclusive real-life NFT art experience.
Fastex Ecosystem, powered by SoftConstruct, has pulled off its unique NFT art physical Stores strategy in Dubai with signature-style branding with a visionary concept behind it. The Stores will supply limited edition offers and other merchandise by the artists in Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates.
Vigen Badalyan, the co-founder of SoftConstruct, announced emerging the digital with the real world. “SoftConstruct unveils ftNFT physical stores located in Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates – the city’s most iconic retail and entertainment destinations, welcoming over 130 million visitors yearly. ftNFT stores, where visitors can explore and purchase NFTs, will feature exclusive offers and works by modern artists”.
The ftNFT Stores are designed to leave plenty of space for people to interact with the technology, and actual art. ftNFT uses a fraction of its stores to sell genuine NFT art products offering advancements in sustainable design and a team of qualified specialists ready to assist with discovery, engagement, and delivery, making the buying processes smooth and effortless.
ftNFT Stores are designed based not on product divisions but on what we call hubs. A large part of the store was dedicated to letting people learn about Web3, NFTs, products, and services offered on the spot, try out, and ask questions at the Fast desk, an idea similar to a concierge service at a nice hotel. This has been designed to provide face-to-face support for customers from professionals specially trained and certified by SoftConstruct.
The official opening day is around the corner, and we are ready to experience Web3 coming to life in the ftNFT Stores opening in the Dubai Mall and the Mall of the Emirates, promising its visitors to be struck by the incredible location and the ambience they’ll be stepping into.

A new competition has arrived in Apex Legends. Today, Realm, a new automated esports platform from Eric Faust (Co Founder of Realm) and, Laura Wilson (Co Founder of Realm), John Chase (Ex-Amazon, Abe Books) Carter Smith (Former Circus, acquired by Realm) and Ken McGaffey (Former owner of Third Impact Esports, Ex DARPA and Meta) is launching in Apex Legends, with over $150,000 in prize money offered in its first season. Realm will kick off its inaugural season in the EMEA region this month, expanding to North America in Season 2, which kicks off in February 2023. Realm is one of the first platforms where pro and semi-pro players alike can engage in a competitive experience. “Right now, esports is essentially focused on the top .01% of players. Players of lower skill levels don’t get a chance to experience competitive tournaments or places where they can compete to improve their skill. We want to change that,” says Eric Faust, CEO. The biggest prizes will still be awarded at the pro level, but there will be multiple other tiers for players of different skill levels to compete in. Aspiring players will also get the chance to continually level up to get to those upper echelons through Realms rating system. Imagine a ranked service where instead of earning badges, you’re competing for cash”
Realm empowers aspiring professional players to get discovered. Professional gamers are able to showcase their skills in hopes of getting signed to a professional esport team. Realm is built on the Hedera public distributed ledger, and leverages the Hedera Consensus Service (HCS) to keep immutable records of events. For professional esports players, this provides a verifiable profile full of deep data insights from every match they play in, enabling prospective teams and coaches to get a full picture of the players skill set. Realm makes this data queryable so teams, coaches, and fans can use it to create statistical models. Players have the option to make their esports data shown publicly on their profile, or hide it so it’s not publicly accessible.
Realm isn’t a tournament, but rather a platform where players can queue up at any time (outside of when ALGS is live) in private competitive matches. Modeled after similar systems in Counter Strike like ESEA. Players get a rating based on the matches they compete in. That rating is used for players to compete against players of similar skill level. At the end of each season, players are then seeded into a ranked division based on their rating where they compete in a tournament setting to earn prizing.
“Hedera makes it possible, for the first time, for players to demonstrate, verify, and share at their choosing their gaming accomplishments,” said Shayne Higdon, CEO of the HBAR Foundation, helping to drive the Hedera ecosystem. “Realm’s new offering for EA’s Apex Legends is the beginning of a transformation. Running on the Hedera public ledger will enable gamers to showcase, verify, and capitalize on their skills as never before.”

Fnatic, the world’s leading esports performance brand, has today unveiled details of its music label launch with a major album release featuring 40+ of the biggest Lofi hip-hop artists in the world.
Fnatic fans and the wider gaming community will be able to stream the album for free across all major DSPs (digital service providers) including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music and Deezer.
Though the launch is a major brand play catering to its existing fanbase, Fnatic’s music label will inevitably open up new brand partnership opportunities alongside their existing tier 1 sponsors; including BMW, Gucci, L’Oreal Men Expert, ASOS, Jack Links, Hisense, Chillblast – some of whom will no doubt be looking to harness this new asset within the Fnatic ecosystem.
The additional revenue stream opened up by the launch of Fnatic’s music label (via streaming royalties) goes hand-in-hand with Fnatic’s diversified commercial approach to esports; which includes their own pro-gaming hardware peripherals brand Fnatic Gear, recently creating the world’s first 3D scanned pro-gaming mouse in partnership with BMW.
The project was driven by Fnatic’s Head of Marketing – Joshua Brill – whose previous career background in the entertainment and music industry has given Fnatic an edge in appealing to the wider gaming consumer (Viacom’s MTV, Comedy Central and Nickelodeon, alongside VICE Magazine and Warner Music Group).
The release comes at the end of a successful year in which Fnatic secured a well sought-after Valorant franchise spot in EMEA and set a record as the only team in the world to qualify for the three biggest major tournaments (Dota 2’s The International 2022, League of Legends Worlds 2022, and Intel Extreme Masters Rio Major 2022); leading with an unrivalled global presence across Germany (League of Legends), UK (FIFA), UK (Valorant), Spain (League of Legends) Academy Team, USA (Halo), Japan (Apex Legends, Rainbow Six), Philippines (Dota 2) and Sweden (CSGO).
Joshua Brill, Head of Marketing at Fnatic, said: “It’s no secret that music and gaming culture go hand-in-hand. From Travis Scott performing inside Fornite to Lil Nas X’s Worlds 2022 anthem, our eyes are always open for new ways to enrich and deepen the relationship we have with our 35m strong fanbase.
Fnatic’s positioning as the leading esports performance brand is built around competing at the highest level alongside our commitment to inspire, empower and level up all gamers. Music is yet another catalyst for us to do just that, continuing to cast our net wider beyond esports into wider gaming segments.
We chose the lofi genre for our debut album because of its already intertwined relationship within gaming and esports; from its anime roots to the way it is already consumed en-masse by Gen Z and millennial gamers. An “internet phenomenon” would be an understatement.
Every track title on the album is inspired directly by our esports history, our players, our community and the wider gaming world – which makes it feel directly relevant to our fans first; whilst simultaneously speaking to gamers who may not know us yet but could end up converting to becoming a Fnatic fan in the future.
Fnatic Island Vol. 1 launches on November 9th 2022 across all major streaming platforms.

Board members also due to be elected during 15th General Assembly in Bali
The International Esports Federation (IESF) will hold its 15th General Assembly (GA) during the upcoming World Esports Championships Finals in Bali, Indonesia, on December 6, 2022. At the GA, IESF will hold its presidential election and board member elections for the next three-year term.
Current IESF President Vlad Marinescu will run against standing-elected board member HH Sheikh Sultan Bin Khalifah Al-Nahyan. Marinescu stepped into the role of President in 2019 and was re-elected in December 2020. Sheikh Sultan Bin Khalifah Al-Nahyan was elected as an IESF Board Member in 2019 and is looking to expand his responsibilities to President.
At the OGM, 110 national federations delegates will be present to democratically vote for the elections of president, board members as well as all motions proposed from the national federations –  IESF being the only international federation for esports confirming principles of good governance and transparency. The IESF Board currently consists of 19 members from 19 nations.
IESF recently concluded the regional qualifiers for the long-awaited WE Championships Finals, with the remaining nations set to compete in a play-in round for a last chance to qualify. This year’s Finals are expected to be the most geographically diverse edition yet, with 600 athletes representing 106 nations competing for a record prize pool of $500,000.
