After an incredible rally that saw Tamadoge rising nearly 700% in a week, TAMA has now had a large correction and is sitting in the dip-buying region.
TAMA corrected to $0.06 before rallying back up again and now looks primed for a break out as the ultra-rare NFT collection goes live.
The price of TAMA hit an all-time high of $0.197 on Tuesday after a week-long rally, which grabbed the attention of traders around the world.
Some analysts suggest that a number of factors pushed the price suddenly downward on Thursday, including early presale investors taking profits and traders “selling the news” as TAMA was added on more exchanges.
It is also possible that the markets were overextended due to the huge rise that occurred in the days prior.
The price is now consolidating above a support level at $0.06, allowing traders to take up new positions again in anticipation of the next leg up.
Investors continue to be attracted to TAMA, which has now become a top 3 coin in the meme coin category in terms of volume traded. Tamadoge now trails behind just Dogecoin (DOGE) and Shiba Inu (SHIB)
The huge appeal for Tamadoge not only comes from the meme coin’s potential to take on Dogecoin and Shiba Inu, but because of the wider Tamaverse, which includes play-to-earn gaming and NFT ownership.
The first Tamadoge NFTs are on sale now on OpenSea, with 100 ultra-rare Tamadoge Pets up for grabs.
The Pets are molded in the Tamagotchi crazy of the 90s and allow holders to look after, feed, care and train, before battling other holders.
Tamadoge NFTs will be used to access and play the soon-to-be-released arcade games as part of the Tamaverse.
The limited edition, ultra-rare collection will boast increased stats, including speed and agility compared to the rare and common collections, giving owners a far greater chance of climbing the global leaderboards and earning more $TAMA rewards.
When the main game for Tamadoge launches, existing NFT holders will be airdropped a Puppy version of their Tamadoge.
This puppy version will be used in the main game. It will grow and evolve as they play the game, as users battle other players and a variety of enemies.
Tamadoge will also be launching Rare and Common NFT collections in the coming months.
