The NFT collectibles platform Topps has just announced its Topps Series 4 Bundesliga NFT cards drop. Collectors will be able to mint the final NFT series of the 2021-22 Bundesliga season, representing the second half of the year.
To begin with, the collection will come in many rarities ranging from Common to Legendary. There will be player cards, as well as footage from the matchday.
Note that there will be two NFT card pack options:
Minting will be available starting June 29th at 1 pm ET. Of course, the Bundesliga collection will drop on the Topps NFT platform.
“The full season of NFT cards are now available, and more collection challenges coming this summer,” said Topps Company’s Content Product Manager Roshan Patel. “Bundesliga fans around the world can collect their favorite players, teams, and moments from another unforgettable year.”
Back in November 2021, the German football league signed a two-year NFT collaboration with Sorare. At the time, the football league was preparing to drop a collection of NFT trading cards.
Meanwhile, though, Bundesliga launched three NFT trading card series via the Topps platform. Of course, each series featured the league’s top players and moments of the season.
All in all, the Bundesliga NFT deals and trading card licensing might generate over $179m in the 2023-2024 season.
