Let’s face it: The NFT space moves really fast. Considering how quickly things can change in the metaverse, a week in NFTs might as well be a month IRL.
Don’t get us wrong — the more people onboarded into the space, the merrier. But because of the constant influx of great art and ideas, it’s becoming increasingly difficult to keep up with all the news, launches, and general happenings.
Well, you can put the days of endless Twitter and Discord scrolling behind you, as we put together a weekly list of upcoming NFT drops you definitely don’t want to miss. Here’s what to look out for this week.

Who: Efdot
What: 30 editions
When: December 27 @ 11 a.m. ET
Where: Manifold
Why: Celebrated colorblind artist Eric Friedensohn (known professionally as Efdot) released his final edition drop of the year with “Interconnected.” Considering his expansive catalog of past analog and digital art projects, not to mention collaborations with big-name brands like Apple and Nike propelling his name forward, this latest offering closes out yet another fruitful chapter in Friedensohn’s career. While all 30 NFTs sold out quickly, Interconnected is now available on secondary.
Who: RŌHKI
What: 100 music NFTs
When: December 28 @ 4 p.m. ET
Where: Glass.xyz
Why: RŌHKI, the multimedia project centered around dynamic music NFTs, is set to drop the fourth installment of its ongoing origins series. Preceded by three other song releases, which included a Genesis Key drop, this latest installment builds upon the slowly developing RŌHKI lore and comes paired with the song “VOODOO,” to be released on Sound.xyz.

Why: “Circuit Training,” the first Nifty Gateway drop from visual artist Sasha Gri, is a unique, week-long release featuring three animated open editions. With each NFT in the collection priced at $10, Circuit Training began on December 22 and will end on December 29, with a 72-hour burn to be initiated on January 10.

What: 10 music NFTs
When: December 30 @ 3 p.m. ET
Where: Sound.xyz
Why: “Afraid of Luv” by Benny Mayne comes as another addition to the burgeoning artist’s growing music NFT catalog as well as the bookended to a week of releases from the Web3 creator. Set to be a free mint, the track proceeds a slew of similar feeless releases sprinkled throughout the final week of 2022.
